On Thanksgiving 2005, my friend (shown above) was admitted to the ICU for Adult Onset Leukemia; since that time she has been fighting for her life. Although, at times, the circumstances seemed very drear she has shown what an amazing girl she is and exemplifies the definition of STRENGTH. Click here to see an account of her progress.

I am thankful to all who have donated their blood, platelets, time, energy, thoughts and prayers to this dear girl and please keep it up as she has a long road ahead! Also, I ask that as you go about your day, think about how fortunate & blessed you are.
